Shipping and Returns

GourmetGifts.co.nz prides itself on delivering your order safely and quickly to your intended destination. We will do our best to meet any requirements that you might have although we really appreciate as much advance planning from you to help ensure that your order makes it in plenty of time. We do not believe in hidding your delivery costs behind inflated prices so we clearly identify delivery costs and only charge you for the actual delivery costs of your gifts.

Saturday & Same Day $13.00

North Island (outside of Auckland City)
Regular delivery $15.00
Regular delivery $12.00 where gift value is $50 or less.
Saturday & Rural (RD) delivery $20.00
 
South Island & Waiheke Island
Regular delivery $20.00
Regular delivery $15.00 where gift value is $50 or less.
Saturday & Rural (RD) delivery $25.00

Gift Delivery Schedule & Information

Orders must be received by 10:30am for same day delivery in Auckland.
Orders must be received by 12noon for normal delivery
Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed prior to 2pm on Thursday (South Island) and Friday (North Island).
Saturday delivery is only available in major centres.

Auckland is normally delivered next day or same day (if requested)
North Island is normally delivered overnight
South Island is normally delivered in 2 working days
Rural deliveries normally take up to an additional 2 days depending on courier routes.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time and we will do our utmost to delivery your gift inline with our delivery guidelines.

Christmas Deliveries

During this busy period it is not unusual for courier services to become overloaded and therefore we advise allowing an extra day for delivery. Orders received by GourmetGifts.co.nz requiring immediate delivery will be despatched as soon as possible.

We take special care in packaging our gifts to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, occasionally things do not go according to plan and if that happens we will undertake to do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.

Returns Policy

If your gift is damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your gift please contact us as soon as possible so that we can we can organise the return of your gift and send a replacement or provide you with a refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

If after placing your order you decide that you do not wish to proceed with the gift selected we are happy to organise a change of gift, a credit against your account for future orders or refund your payment less a 20% handling fee. To provide you with a refund we will require you to call us and provide a credit card number for your refund.
