Same Day Delivery: $8.5 Available for Central Auckland addresses only. (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura). Delivery between 4pm-7pm approx. If you require an earlier delivery, contact us

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date with NZ Post so it is best to order with plenty of lead time and we will do our utmost to delivery your gift inline with our delivery guidelines.

Substitutions in gifts may be made due to products not being able to be restocked at this time. If you have specific requirements please note them! We promise to ensure the contents is beautiful, quality & value, to ensure you gift is still similar to what your ordered.

If your gift is damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your gift please contact us as soon as possible so that we can we can organise the return of your gift and send a replacement or provide you with a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If after placing your order you decide that you do not wish to proceed with the gift selected we are happy to organise a change of gift, a credit against your account for future orders or refund your payment less a 20% handling fee. To provide you with a refund we will require you to call us and provide a credit card number for your refund.
