@thecakernz is a bakery based on Karangahape Road, Auckland that has been whipping up the most delicious cakes you will ever taste since 2010. A sister run business by Jordan with the help of her sister Anouk. The Caker focuses on a style of cake that celebrates the beauty and deliciousness of home baking, using real and quality ingredients. Inspired by the sisters French heritage. 

Jordan has taken her favourite recipes and turned them into cake mixes. Which she calls ‘cake 'kits’ because they come complete with decorations and a non-stick baking pan liner). Using all the same quality ingredients used on a daily basis at the Caker inside of them so you end up with a true Caker cake.
