Nationwide standard delivery : FREE
Same Day Delivery (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura) : $8.5
Free collection from store, Grey Lynn, Auckland - Please contact us for pick up or make a note on your order.
Gift Delivery Schedule & Information
We ship daily, and can complete and ship all orders the same day received. Order cut off 12noon daily.
Please email us if you just miss cut off, and we can try our best. All orders that miss cut off, will be shipped following day.
Same Day Delivery:
Orders must be received by 12:00pm for same day delivery. Delivery is normally between 3pm and 7pm.
If you require an earlier delivery please make a note if you require morning courier. Order must be placed before 8am for earlier courier.
Delivery Timeframes:
Auckland is normally delivered next day or same day (if requested)
North Island is normally delivered overnight
South Island & Waiheke Island are normally delivered in 2 working days
Rural deliveries normally take up to an additional 2 days depending on courier routes.
We offer requested delivery date but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. It is best to order with plenty of lead time and we will do our utmost to delivery your gift inline with our delivery guidelines.
Christmas Deliveries
During this busy period it is not unusual for courier services to become overloaded and therefore we advise allowing an extra day for delivery. Orders received by GourmetGifts.co.nz requiring immediate delivery will be despatched as soon as possible.
We take special care in packaging our gifts to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, occasionally things do not go according to plan and if that happens we will undertake to do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.
Returns Policy
If your gift is damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your gift please contact us as soon as possible so that we can we can organise the return of your gift and send a replacement or provide you with a refund.
Cancellation Policy
If after placing your order you decide that you do not wish to proceed with the gift selected we are happy to organise a change of gift, a credit against your account for future orders or refund your payment less a 20% handling fee. To provide you with a refund we will require you to call us and provide a credit card number for your refund.
