Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we do custom branded packaging for our gift boxes. We offer a range of message card, sleeve and sticker options, along with coloured ribbon and custom content.

For customised message cards only we have 5 days min, ideally two weeks prior to delivery date.

For full custom branded sleeves, stickers and custom products we require 3 weeks min in order to be able to have everything ready to ship. Sometimes there can be delays with printing or products out of our hands so its never too early to get in contact. Please get in contact with us sooner and we can get things sorted, stress free and ensure delays won't hinder your gifting experience!

You just need to fill out the form, email it back to us, then we will send you an invoice. That's it! We will take care of the rest! Gifting made easy.

We offer free standard shipping on all pre-curated gifts across NZ. We can also organise for bulk delivery to an individual address for with in Auckland.

We can ship internationally, costs will be dependent on gift size and weight.

Our prices range from around $30 - $300+. We aim to have gifts to suit every budget, and if there isn't something suitable for you, let's make one up! We want to work to your budget and needs, so don't hesitate to contact us if you can't find what you are looking for.
